Welcome to Ruminate. By accessing or using our mobile application and SMS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ruminate is a personal digital vault and productivity tool. You may submit content to your vault via the mobile application or by texting our designated toll-free number.

2. SMS Communications and Consent

By creating an account and verifying your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Ruminate.

• Message Types: We do not send marketing or promotional broadcasts. Outbound texts are strictly limited to account verification, limit notifications, and system alerts regarding your pipeline usage.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to our toll-free number. Reply HELP for customer support.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to your Ruminate vault. You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit illegal, malicious, or highly sensitive regulated data (such as PHI/HIPAA-regulated health information). FoxSpur Solutions, LLC claims no ownership over your personal thoughts, notes, or links.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Ruminate (including increased SMS ingestion limits) require a paid premium subscription ("Prime"). Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FoxSpur Solutions, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or absolute reliability of the AI summarization or SMS ingestion pipelines, as these rely on third-party telecommunication networks and APIs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxSpur Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
