FoxSpur Solutions, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Ruminate mobile application and our SMS-based services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: We collect your mobile phone number to authenticate your account and facilitate the core SMS ingestion features of the Service.
• User Content: We collect and store the texts, links, and audio transcripts ("Content") that you explicitly send to your Ruminate vault via SMS, the native Share Extension, or in-app entry.
• Usage Data: We collect basic diagnostic and usage data to monitor system limits and improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide and maintain the Ruminate service. This includes processing your notes via AI to generate tags and summaries, storing your data in your private digital vault, and sending you critical system alerts regarding your account limits.

3. SMS and Mobile Data Sharing

We take the privacy of your phone number and messaging data extremely seriously. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party infrastructure (such as Supabase for database hosting, Firebase for authentication, and LLM providers for AI summarization) to operate the Service. These providers act as data processors and are strictly bound to protect your data. Your private vault data is never used to train public AI models.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain ownership of your Content. You may delete individual entries or request full account deletion from within the App's settings at any time. Upon account deletion, your phone number and associated vault data are permanently removed from our active servers.
